November 22nd- December 20th, 2020. This Zoom class is presented as a 5 week series to give results with consistency. Stretch and strengthen your body and challenge yourself to become stronger.

Sara is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Tai Chi Chih Teacher, and has studied Reusi Dat Ton, a form of self massage and yoga postures that led to what Thai massage is today. Online classes and in-person class schedules will be posted here! Ask Sara about private classes.

Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. 

Tai Chi Chih is a simplified form of Tai Chi, with only 19 moves and one pose. This is a gentle moving meditation done while standing, with the purpose of moving ones chi, or life force energy, to create better balance and vitality. 

Reusi Dat Ton was practiced by the Reusies (hermit yogis) of ancient Thailand to help maintain the body and ease the pain of sitting in meditation for extended periods of time. This self massage and yoga practice has lived on through the centuries and developed the modern day Thai massage.
