Your health and safety are of utmost importance. These are the steps that we are taking to provide a clean and safe environment for healing.
Safety procedures
Both the therapist and client are required to wear a mask before, during and after the session, unless in the facedown position.
Clients must wash hands before entering.
I am taking temperatures for both the client and therapist.
Clients are required to fill out a short health questionnaire about COVID-19 symptoms.
We are limiting the number of people in the waiting area. If there is more than one person in the waiting area, please wait outside, call/ text your therapist and they will come out to get you.
I am not offering any water services at this time, so please bring your own water.
I am not accepting walk-in appointments at this time.
Sanitation procedures
Washing my hands all the way to the elbows before and after each session, for at least 20 seconds.
Before and after every session, wiping down all door knobs, light switches, facets, pens, touch screens, oils bottles, tools, massage table and accessories, and surfaces with hospital grade disinfectant.
Changing all linens between clients, utilizing hospital quality sheet service and washing all other linens with hot water and bleach.
Scheduling plenty of time between appointments for a thorough cleaning of the office.
Thank you for your consideration and compliance with these safety measures.
Cancellation Policy
Due to COVID-19 the cancellation policy will be waived if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms. 24-hour notice is required for all other circumstances when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice you will be charged for half the price of your scheduled appointment. Providing as much notice as possible for a cancellation allows for another patron to schedule. Please understand there are few exceptions, as this impacts the livelihood of your practitioner.
If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you are late for your appointment, your session may be shortened at the practitioners discretion. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to reschedule. You are still expected to pay the full price of your scheduled treatment if you are late. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure that your appointment starts on time.
Sincerely, Sara Trotchie, LMT The Healing Center (406) 450-2862
